Learn more →Counselling for grief, women’s issues, relationships, anxiety, self-esteem, identity, religious trauma and life transitions — with space for complexity, contradiction and the parts of you that do not fit neatly into a label.
I’m not interested in reducing you to a diagnosis, a symptom list, or a single explanation for why you feel the way you do.
Some people arrive knowing exactly what they want to work on. Others only know that something feels off, heavy, disconnected or unsustainable. Both are welcome.

Learn more →In-person counselling for couples navigating conflict, disconnection, communication and changing relationship patterns.
Learn more →A grounded, respectful space for adolescents who may not respond to overly clinical or scripted counselling.
Learn more →Support for families trying to understand patterns, conflict, transitions and what is happening beneath behaviour.
Learn more →Grief can rearrange your relationships, sense of self, beliefs, body, priorities and understanding of the future. It is not always something to “move through” neatly.
Sometimes the work is not about getting over what happened. It is about learning who you are now that it did.
I do not believe therapy needs to be politically performative, overly clinical, or built around telling you what to think. I am interested in understanding your experience, your patterns, your history, your relationships and the meaning you make of what has happened.
I will listen carefully. I will also challenge you when it matters. Counselling can be compassionate without being vague, and vulnerable without becoming fragile.
