Counselling

Different lives need different conversations.

I work with adults, couples, adolescents, parents and families. Sessions are available in person and virtually, with couples counselling offered in person only.

Individual Adults

Individual counselling can be a place to make sense of grief, anxiety, women’s issues, self-esteem, relationships, identity, religious trauma or deconstruction, and major life transitions. You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis or a perfectly defined goal.

In person only

Couples

Couples counselling is for partners who want to understand what keeps happening between them — not simply determine who is right. We may work with conflict patterns, communication, emotional disconnection, trust, intimacy, co-parenting, blended-family stress or transitions.

Adolescents

Adolescents often know quickly when counselling feels scripted or performative. I aim to create a space that is respectful, relational and real, where a young person can engage without being treated like a problem to solve.

Parents & Families

Family stress rarely belongs to one person alone. Work with parents and families can focus on behaviour, conflict, communication, transitions, separation, boundaries and the patterns that develop when everyone is trying to cope in different ways.
